Metopia is a collection of wireless devices for sensing urban polluted
atmospheres. They are using sonification and machine learning for embodied
experiences to create new perception of local environments for the audiences.
Metopia Deep (Signal) is a device that combines environmental sensing of light,
and network signals from Wifi and mobile phone networks. The sonification is
using human stutter to create rhythmic patterns of the data, from the voice
of Nuria Divi (NYC)
